Optimal Testing Solutions was founded in 2002 because of a pressing need. Plagued with corruption and cronyism, the Fairfield County Sheriff’s Office required fair selection procedures to ensure the best-suited candidates for leadership positions. Knowing Liz Reed’s experience, the newly elected Sheriff requested an examination that would restore integrity to their office.

Liz accepted the challenge, making this her first exam process for Optimal Testing Solutions. A decade later, Fairfield County Sheriff’s Office continues to utilize OTS services. The Sheriff met their initial goals of instilling confidence and integrity in the Office, and has been successfully re-elected as a result.
